The major event for the Rose
family this month was that Tyler started pre-school this month. He is going
twice a week, Mondays and Wednesdays, from 9 am to 3 pm to Zaca Center/School.
It was hard for the first couple of months because he would cry when Alana
would leave him, but after 3 weeks he realized that he actually didn't mind
going and has fun while he's there. He has stopped crying when he is dropped
off and is making new friends at school. This gives Alana some time to try and
get some work/studying done for her medical transcription course.
Also this month we made a trip up to Morgan Hill to visit Alana's parents one rainy weekend. Alana's Aunt Helen and Uncle Nicky had a layover in San Francisco on their way to Hawaii so they had a chance to meet Tyler that weekend. We enjoyed a dim sum lunch with them and Aunt Lillian and Uncle Hing at Dynasty restaurant in San Jose. Then for dinner that night we treated Tyler to a trip to Chuck E. Cheese's. He had a lot of fun playing on the games and even won a couple of cars. OK, so Daddy won them for him playing skeeball, but he didn't care.
